Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Some features use browser storage (localStorage) instead, which works in a similar way. This policy covers both.

• Sign-in session cookies for the Queeble dashboard, and security protections that go with them.
• A short-lived cookie that links a Shopify installation to your Queeble account during setup.
• Your cookie choice itself, remembered in browser storage so we don't ask on every page.

These load only after you click Accept. If you reject, or don't answer, none of them load.

• Google Analytics 4, to understand how visitors use the site.
• Meta Pixel, to measure our advertising.
• queeble_utm, a first-party cookie kept for 30 days that remembers which campaign link brought you here.

If you accepted earlier and later reject, we remove these cookies from your browser.

When you're signed in, we may use PostHog to understand which features are used. It keeps its identifier in browser storage rather than a cookie, and automatic click capture and session recording are turned off.

The Queeble chat widget saves the chat session and cart details in the shopper's browser storage on that store's website, so the conversation carries on from page to page. It doesn't set advertising cookies.

Shopify Checkout is run by Shopify, which sets its own cookies under Shopify's policies.

Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to see the banner again, or clear this site's data in your browser settings.
