What if the AI gets something wrong?
It can, like any AI, so Queeble is built to limit and catch mistakes. Product answers come from your synced catalog, and replies are checked for made-up products, prices and stock, and against your house rules, before they're sent. Topics you hand to your team go to a person, you can pause the AI for any subject, and anyone on your team can take over a chat.
Is Queeble allowed under WhatsApp's 2026 AI policy?
Yes. Since 15 January 2026, WhatsApp doesn't allow general-purpose AI assistants on its Business Platform. Assistants that serve one business, such as answering questions and helping shoppers buy from your store, are allowed. Queeble is built for exactly that: it helps shoppers with your store, using your catalog, your knowledge base and your orders.
Can I use the WhatsApp number I already have?
Yes, with one catch. If that number is on the WhatsApp Business app today, Meta requires it to be removed from the app before it can connect, and you then answer those chats in Queeble instead of the phone app. Many stores use a separate number for this. Where do shoppers pay?
On your Shopify Checkout. The assistant builds the cart in the chat and sends a checkout link, so payments, taxes, shipping rates and discount codes work the way your store already does.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You choose a plan in Shopify when you connect your store, the trial starts right away, and Shopify doesn't charge you until it ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
